Who we are

I’m Kelton Eason, a ranch management professional with hands-on experience across land operations, ranch services, ag-based sales, and conservation minded land stewardship. I was raised around ranching and outdoor work, and I’ve built my career at the intersection of practical ranch operations, client service, and long-term land planning.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Ranch Management with a minor in Environmental Science from Texas Christian University, along with a Ranch Management Certificate. My education is backed by real-world experience working on large, multigenerational ranches, managing fencing and land development projects, guiding hunters domestically and internationally, and overseeing ranch services across South Texas.

Professionally, I’ve managed internet, wholesale, and ranch service operations for agricultural supply businesses, where I’ve led teams, strengthened vendor relationships, and helped ranchers and landowners find practical, cost-effective solutions for fencing, water systems, equipment, and infrastructure. I’ve also worked in ag-technology and customer research, supporting landowners through improved monitoring, data, and decision-making tools.

What sets me apart is my ability to bridge the gap between the land and the business behind it. I understand how ranches function day-to-day, but I also understand client communication, project management, and long-term planning. Whether it’s fencing, water, wildlife, or operations, I focus on solutions that make sense on the ground and on the balance sheet.

I believe good land management is about more than productivity; it’s about stewardship, legacy, and responsibility. My goal is to help landowners protect what they’ve built, improve how their land functions, and pass it on stronger than they received it.
